ALLAEYS

Allaeys is a visionary artist whose work spans sculpture, visual art, and the intersection of science and communication. Deeply connected to the natural world, she has drawn inspiration from its forms, textures, and colours since childhood, shaping a unique artistic language that transcends disciplines.

Her early fascination with the visual language of the world led her to explore multiple artistic forms, culminating in the creation of Minifizz, a groundbreaking cross-media universe for mobile platforms. From black-and-white pixel art to sleek, high-gloss characters, Minifizz embodies an evolving artistic vision dedicated to storytelling, exploration, and understanding. This universe was revisited in a bold new format during her solo exhibition, HUMAN Full Spectrum, where she magnified her early mobile game artwork into large-scale pieces.

Allaeys’ passion for decoding languages and symbols also led her to collaborate with researchers, transforming complex scientific discoveries into hand-drawn videos—today’s most accessible storytelling medium. She has worked closely with scientists worldwide, using visual language to bridge cultural and disciplinary divides, enabling groundbreaking research to reach a broader audience. Her ability to distill intricate ideas into universally understood metaphors has made her sought after by Nobel Prize winners and leading scientific publishers.

Seeking a return to tactile expression, Allaeys turned to sculpture, immersing herself in the raw materials of clay, bronze, and stone. Her bronze sculptures reimagine primal artistic themes in a contemporary context, breathing new life into age-old representations of animals and their symbolic power. For centuries, such figures—bulls embodying strength, owls symbolising wisdom, horses representing courage—served as spiritual conduits, linking humanity to the cosmos. Through her work, Allaeys rekindles this ancient connection, offering sculptures that are not merely decorative but deeply evocative, inviting introspection and grounding us in something greater than ourselves.

The bronze sculptures of the AOA collection are a soft place for the eye and heart to land.
— Noel B. Murphy producer of 'Buckminster. a Fuller Life'

Characterised by sleek curves and pure forms, her sculptures provide a visual and tactile harmony—restful to the eye, pleasing to the hand. By preserving the sacred in daily life, Allaeys encourages us to rediscover the profound through symbols that transcend time, linking the material and the spiritual in a language both ancient and timeless.

We are proud to represent Sabine Allaeys exclusively in the Scandinavia. We will be hosting a solo exhibition entitled SOULSONG featuring works by Allaeys in the gallery which opens on April 4th 2025.
